What it does and why:
This PR adds a
Taxes Includedcolumn to the generated order CSV when converting transporter files. This column is supported by the Transporter import application but as it isn't currently generatedThe default value for
taxes_includedwhen importing orders isfalse, so the current behaviour is preserved for any existing pipelines.Checklist:
